Change Management & Affected Services - Grouping Approvals by Approvers

Hi everyone!

We want to start with a new Jira Service Management Project. We have created a lot of services and linked them. So for example: Service A and Service B are used by Service C. Each of  them has a different 'Change Approver' Group (Approver Group A, B and C).

Now we want to set up Change Management with these Services. The Business Need:

1) When Service A is the 'Affected Service', automatically Service C is involved. So the Change should automatically be enhanced with Service C.

2) Then Approver Group A and Approver Group C should give their go! From every team 1 person.

How can I handle this? I think 1) is possible via automation, but how to proceed with 2) Currently I do not see an option to 'split' the approvals into this teams.

Thanks for your ideas here!! :)
