Team,
I would like to have a separate key for service request and incident?
For example: SR Service Request and IN Incident.
Please advise how can i do that?

You can not do this, the issue key is locked to the project, not the issue-type. Jira is very different from legacy systems that let you do that - the issue key is more sophisticated, it tells you where an issue is, and then the issue type field tells you what the type is, rather than kludging them together.
You could do it by having different projects for service requests and incidents.
