How can we change the email address for the user setup currently as the Org & Site Admin User for our Service Desk site? I can't seem to find any possible way to do this.

When a domain is not verified and the account is not managed, only the owner of the email can change it directly on their profile on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email.
