Does anyone know how to change the default status options under service desk > requests > Filter?
Currently the default option is 'Open Requests', but you are unable to view any closed requests

There is an open request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-1594 so that last selection should be remembered per user basis.
There are some external apps that allow you to implement that. For example https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219647/my-requests-extension-for-service-desk?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
