Hi, Community!
A customer that has access to many projects came to us and told that when he goes to Advances request reports he can not see one of the customers in advanced reports and also can not see it in the Customer company names ( project name) dropdown. The rest of the customers he can see and choose in the dropdown.
The customer goes to this report because its more efficient for him , but first he open a page - see all the requests and there he does see those tickets of the customer organization name that's missing in the Report and a dropdown.
This customer is has access to all the projects. This issue exists for all the customers working with these projects.
