Cannot update Opsgenie alert status based on Jira update

Hello, 

I have integrated Jira Service Management/ Desk (enterprise) with Opsgenie and when creating an issue in Jira, an alert is automatically created in Opsgenie (which is good) .

I would like to know how to synchronize the Opsgenie alert with the Jira issue, in terms of status update, priority change, comment. 

For instance, if the Jira issue status is updated from Open to Work in progress or to Closed, this status update to be also replicated in Opsgenie. The same goes for adding a comment or changing the priority, o both of them are synced. 

Currently, the Opsgenie alert remains unchanged and I can only see the alert de-duplication actions.

Could you please advise?

Hi @Laleli Ali ,

Under the JSM integration's Advanced tab, you can configure what statuses map to ack'ing the alert, closing the alert, etc. Note this tab is only available on standalone Opsgenie Standard and Enterprise plans, as well JSM Premium and Enterprise plans:
