I have a Classic Service Desk Project and I do not see the button to configure for a different Scheme for Notifications
I have the free plan
Do I need to change something in the project to make it work?
In order to change notification schemes associated to a project you will need Jira Administrator access.
At the Jira administration level you would go to Issues > Notification Schemes, then create a new scheme, and associate it to your JSD project.
You can associate new schemes at the project administration level, but those schemes will need to be created at the Jira Admin level to be available to said projects.
