Cannot create tickets in JIRa from opsgine alerts

Hello Everyone

 

Previously I was able to create tickets coming from alerts in opsginie, however today, I am receiving this error:

  • responseBody {"errorMessages":[],"errors":{"summary":"Field 'summary' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown.","description":"Field 'description' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown.","labels":"Field 'labels' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown."}}

It is weird becasue I am using a standard task in jira with summary description and label.

 

Can anyone help?

Hi @Pablo Barbero ,

Typically that error response is due to the configured username / email being misspelled, incorrect, or a permission issue in general that this user cannot create issues on the project configured in the integration. Can you try with another user, site admin, etc. for testing?
