Hello,
I recently connected my Service Desk project to our Slack by connecting our Slack workspace and configuring the Jira Service Management - Incidents app in Slack. When trying to create a Slack channel from service desk, I get a pretty generic error message. I've tried disconnecting/reconnecting our workspace with no luck. The Jira slack bot appears to have the right permissions, so I am stumped. Has anyone come across this issue and have any tips? Thanks!
I'm getting the same error, any update here?
Just for reference: Did you happen to approve the Jira incidents Slack app in your Slack admin portal? (Slack admin > apps > jira-service-management-incidents > Click "approve for workspace").
I thought that was the step I was missing but now I can't tell if it's a permissions issue or an integration issue.
