I'm working a new Jira Service Management service desk project and I was able to configure almost everything as expected.
However, I'm not able to add a new organization
- From Customers
- Add Organization
- Enter an organization
- Add
A pop up appear telling about a connection error.
I tried on 2 multiple network and face the same behaviour.

I expect this is a temporary issue. A few things to check. Try a different browser. Try logging out and back in. Ask for another admin if they can try.

Not yet (we kinda let it go) but we discovered a few days ago that it might be linked to an authorization in the global admin rights (not projects) as our global admin can edit but we - as user & project admin- cannot.

I hope the issue is resolved. As Jack mentioned it should have been a temporary issue.

Unfortunately not, the issue is still there despite trying another browser, log off etc.
