Canned Responses not working in Microsoft Edge

We are using the Canned Response plugin for Microsoft Edge.
At the moment it is not working as we only get a circle, as if it is loading.
It works if using Google Chrome.

I've tried re-installing the plugin with  no success - Restarted the browser after each step.
I've tried resetting my Microsoft Edge still does not work.
I can see that there was an update to this plugin the 15 december, but this issue apparently started sunday the 19 december.
Was working fine the 17 december.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Today it started working again all of a sudden.
Although all responses that were marked as favorites no longer are marked. 
But it works :)

We did not make any changes in our enviroment.

Hi,

we have the same issue, in my case Edge can not load the plugin, but I could switch to Chrome and it works fine. My colleague was working with FireFox and has the same problem, he could switch to Edge to work with this plugin.
