Can you remove issue description from internal emails to watchers/agents/technicians?

Good morning! Please see screenshot. For removing sensitive information from sitting in employee mailboxes (i.e. HIPAA), my manager is wanting me to edit these emails that are coming to watchers/agents/technicians to remove the "Description".

Can these emails be edited? I know that you can edit who gets these notifications at:
Project>Project Settings>Notifications

That area lets me add or remove people who are getting the notifications, but is there any way to actually edit the notification as to not send "Description" or "Comment" text in the emails?

In other words, I would still like for watchers/agents/technicians to get a notification that an issue has been created or commented on, but NOT what the issue description or comment text is.

It is my understanding that you cannot change the notification scheme template in the Cloud env out of the box.  However, I do know that you can against the On-prem Data Center env for Jira/JSM.

One option you can consider is to create custom automation rule, so you can create custom email notification using the Send Mail action + update your project's notification scheme to disable the notification event (i.e. Issue Created).
