Can you lock fields so agents can add new items after approval

Hi there,

I have a capex form that has different insight fields when items can be added for approval.

The problem is after approval and the issue is in progress you can still go into the agents view and click 'Add object' or even change one that was previously selected.

Is there a way to make fields on an issue read only after in this case Capex Approval to In Progress has been transitioned.

@Steven Lees-Smith you have some ways to do this:

  1. Removing the fields from the Edit Screen of Screen Scheme
  2. Replace the Edit Screen to a Blank Screen in Edit in the Screen Scheme, so this way the agents can't edit anything (only in transition screen)
  3. Using Properties in Status to block the Edit the values

I believe in you case, the option 1 is the best way to block the edit :)
