Hi there, I've read some articles about integration between Jira and Freshdesk however the integration seems to be that you would have to create tickets or issues from Freshdesk which then integrate to Jira and not vice versa.
My question is, if you create an issue in Jira (from a client's Jira board) could this pull through into our Freshdesk? (So start with Jira creation and have it integrate into Freshdesk)
