Can you customise the Share Issue text (dropdown) on new request forms in the customer portal?

We're using JIRA Service Desk 4.11.1 with a Refined themed portal and ProForma based request forms.

I've been asked to change the wording presented to users in the drop down where they can share their request at the point of creation.

We have the default as "Private request" which the user can change to "Share with <<Organisation name>>"

The request I have is to change this to "Share with all <<Organisation name>> staff"

Is this a customisable option?

And if so can someone guide me to where that can be set?
