Jira has a feature for admins to send an email notification to users for them to reset their passwords. What if the user is inactive to do the reset password within 24 hours? Is it possible the link is expired? Can we set it like that?

Do you mean extend the expiring period beyond 24 hours? If yes, as far as I know this isn't possible.
