We have requirement to show customers the request types available based on there groups or role ?
We have different portal groups can we allow based on permissions for different customers different request types?
@Shubham Burghate I do not unfortunately, some of the tickets can be 'Gathering interest' for man years if they do not get enough votes/user interest.
A workaround I use is just removing the Create Issues permission for the roles/groups. The users will still be able to view the request in the portal and fill out all of the fields, however they will not be able to create the request. It is not ideal, but at least blocks them from creating it
