We are using Customer Satisfaction Survey adds on in our JSD project
We want to make the additional comment field as required when people are rating the cases.
Is there a way to achieve this ?
Hi @sdhananjaya, I'm afraid it's not possible out of the box. I have found the suggestion JSDSERVER-6512 in the Atlassian ticket system. I suggest you voting for it so that it increases the visibility and chances to be implemented in futures updates. You can add yourself as a watcher to receive updates moving forward.
You can take a look at the Atlassian Marketplace, where you will probably find add-ons/apps that will help you with customizing your CSAT survey.
