Can we have notification on Customer help center portal as well?????

Dear Community,

can you please help me, if we can have notification option in customer Help center portal along with mail alert, I want if customer raise 1 ticket, and customer is on help center portal, and user commented/resolved their ticket, they should get alert notification on help center portal, like popup or anything,??  is it possible?? if yes can you please let me know.

You can achieve this with a new add-on In-App Customer Portal Notifications for Jira

Add-on has an advanced configuration for each Jira project and is very convenient for portal customers.

This feature does not exist. However there is a suggestion that you might want to watch and vote for - JSDCLOUD-9285
