Can i change the order by which the comment field tabs showing while transition from agent view jira service management ?
I want to make Internal comment as first preference and Reply to the customer second

Hi Shubham,
Because JSM does not offer this our team has created an app which 1) allows an agent to be prompted before sending a message to customers and 2) changes the default setting to respond internal rather than to customer.
