Hi,
Can we add General user who just wants to see reports/dashboards but is not part of a specific group.
User want to see the Reports/Dashboards but it should not editable.
For example:
If a senior level executive at Service Desk group (group) or Developer (Group) any user from respective group wants to see the reports/dashboards, but never receive any emails from Jira about open tickets, how can they be given access.
In JSM is there any possible ways to do the same if yes please suggest me.

If i follow the steps which you have provided user is redirected to Agent view but i want user will only see the Dashboards/Reports in the customer portal only.

Dashboards/Reports are not viewable for customers in native jira.
Please check Atlassian marketplace for any apps.
