Hi,
I'm assigning an Assignee to Service Desk Issues via a Workflow per Request Type.
Can I add additional watchers per Request Type too? I don't see an option for this via the Workflow.

Have a look at Automation under Project settings > Project automation.

Last time I tried to find a way to do this I was going via the Edit Workflow option on individual request types without luck.
That (new?) option to go via Project Settings -> Project automation is great. Set up some other useful automations too!
