Can time tracking or log time find in a report and can 2 engineers update the time log in one issue?

We have some activity functions divided for each engineer.
Is there any possibility, that the ticket on which the activity is happening? All the engineers working on it, can fill their time log filled?
And can we report those time logs as well?

Please help and share your suggestions.

yes, Jira supports that out-of-the box. Multiple people can log their time to a single ticket. However, sophisticated reporting functionality is not supported such easily.
