Hi there,

I have built a form where users of a project can go in and create or update insight objects.

One of the options is the group picker (binding a Jira group to the insight object) but this customfield doesn't appear on the portal form.

When I check the request view the field is pretty much greyed out and marked as hidden.

It is available in the agents view when the create an issue in this manner, but is there a way to make it appear on the portal form?

Thanks

For what I understand this is still not possible. A request has been raised for this https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-86

I have played around with the permissions shortly but found the same as you in the request form stating the Group Picker custom field is hidden.

Hi @Ste404 ,

Currently JIRA Service Desk supports all custom fields except Group pickers in the customer portal. There is already a suggestion ticket to enable this field.

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-86

List of Hidden fields and unsupported fields for request types are mentioned in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-hidden-fields-and-unsupported-fields-in-request-types/
