Hi. I've Jira servicedesk on premis. Want to update Licenses but can't reach the menu, cause of "Loading app details.." and then the page stucks.
How can I troubleshoot that?

It could be an issue with the Marketplace connection.
Try switching UPM to offline mode, maybe this will help if something is related to network.
To disable the UPM connection to the Marketplace:
