I've been trying to create a shared dashboard, but when I set the sharing options, it just don't let me create it, I clicked on the "Save" button but it doesn't happen anything just my mouse cursor turns into a forbidden sign

Any conclusion to this. I was directed here with the same issue, you can add users to view, but cannot Save. The user does have rights to create shared objects.
