I want to report on SLA data but I can't.
There is no option to select 'breeched date'.
I have seen in a previous Jira Service Management Knowledge base you can select a pie chart and then search for breeched dates.
For me breeched dates doesn't appear
OOTB there is not breach date. You can report on breached in a binary context (yes/no). You mention seeing previous KB. Can you share this detail?

When logging a question on this portal it provides selected KB articles This is the one I read.
I don't quite follow 'binary context' meaning. Could you expand on this please?
