Can't report on any SLA data

I want to report on SLA data but I can't.
There is no option to select 'breeched date'.

I have seen in a previous Jira Service Management Knowledge base you can select a pie chart and then search for breeched dates.

For me breeched dates doesn't appear

OOTB there is not breach date. You can report on breached in a binary context (yes/no). You mention seeing previous KB. Can you share this detail?

When logging a question on this portal it provides selected KB articles   This is the one I read.

I don't quite follow 'binary context' meaning.  Could you expand on this please?
