Can't remove demo customer account from JSM project

Hi there,

I can't find the option to remove the demo accounts in my JSM project on this URL, for example, 

https://<MYSITE>.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/<MYJSMPROJECT>/customers

I can see the demo accounts alright but there is no option to remove them.

There is supposed to be the three dots at the end of each line but there is not.

Any advice please?

Allow me to share with you that, to remove portal-only accounts from your service project it'll depend on the Channel access permission. You can see this permission going to:

• For Company-managed projects: Project settings > Customer permissions > Channel access
• For Team-managed projects: Project settings > Channels > Customer permissions > Channel access

If you have the Restricted option selected, then to remove customers from your project you'll have to follow these steps:

• For Company-managed projects: Project settings > People > Remove the customers you want
• For Team-managed projects: You can remove the customers from the Customers page

If you have the Open option selected in the Channel access, then you have an open portal on this project and it's necessary to remove the portal-only customers from your site to remove their access. To remove the customers from your site, you can follow the steps found in the document below:

• Delete portal-only customers

Please note that the steps are different depending on your user management experience.
