I have noticed that we can no longer select assets in the JSM portal - at least it no longer works for customers.
Does anyone else have this problem and can help me?
JSM version 5.12.1 on DC
The setting is activated in the asset schema, but it looks different in the portal.

We have checked everything again and also tested your ideas and were unable to rectify the error.
