Hi, I've been using Jira Service Management for quite a while with two different user accounts:
Every time I log in with the admin credentials, I end up being logged in with the agent profile. These are two separate email addresses and passwords, so do you have any idea what might be causing this issue? I need to manage the invoices but I'm not able with the agent profile. I have noticed in some browser that my identity gets cached in the browser. Some things you can try are:
- clearing your browser cache
- use a different browser application
- use a private window for the browser when you want to use the admin identity, i.e. a Chrome Incognito window.
