Can`t find app "Alert Catcher - IT incident alerting" on Trial fersion of Jira Service Managment

In want to check opportunity to manage SIEM alert on Jira Service Management. I find an app Alert Catcher - IT incident alerting but can see her under Find new app.

Use trial fersion of Jira Service Management.

That app only has a Server version, you can't use it on Cloud (or DC).

You'll need to contact the vendor to ask if they have a plan for a Cloud version, or look for something else to do what you need.

Thank`s for your interest in Alert Catcher. It`s only available for the Jira Server now, but we are on the way to approve the application for Jira Data Center. We expect that in Q1, 2021 it will be available at the Atlassian Marketplace for DC version. As to a Jira Cloud - the OpsGenie could be used for Event management and integration with 3rd parties systems, as well.
