Hi all. I would be grateful for your advice. We are a small startup, supplying IT equipment worldwide. We want to set up a ticketing system, with status changes and automatic notifications. Also need Assets Management related to ticketing. Also need to provide customer access to a personal account with the ability to create/edit tickets and access to inventory information. Can someone take on the task of setting up such a service for us?
