Can not select different language

We are just setting up JSD, and run already into a problem:

We need the customer to be able to select his language on the JSD portal. And this was working until recently fine (despite the fact that most of the stuff is not translated, and we needed to install Translation for Jira Service Desk plugin).

But now, the Language dropdown on the Portal does not show any other languages anymore then Russian. Please see Screenshot. In the Notify Section of the Project Settings, both English and Russian is enabled.

Where we need to define the Languages that Customer can choose from on the JSD portal?

And why this was working before, but without any (known) change on our side, this is dropdown is blocked now?

Found the problem:

For some reason in the Translation for Jira Service Desk plugin, the English Language dropped out... After adding it again, it seems to work fine.
