Hi,
we can not change status and resolution on some service desk issues. after clicking the "resolve issue" button I'm getting endless hourglass...
There is no pattern on which issues it will work or not.
maybe its since upgrading jira from 7.2 to 7.3...

We experienced the same problem and it was related to a bug where a user that had been renamed could not perform the action. Fairly obscure. It's actually a bug in the plugin JIRA Toolkit. Not resolved yet.

we are not using Jira Toolkit Plugin nor renamed users exists..
