Can i give permissions to Jira project admin  role to add customer to a project?

 

He ( a person i want to give permissions to add customers to a project) has an Agent role in JSM.

Hi @Vera Valshonok

As long as they have a JSM agent license they should be able to do it. The customer/queues, organizations are only visible with the the JSM license.
