Can free version of JSM be used with free versions of Jira software, Bitbucket and Confluence?

Lavanya May 3, 2021

Hi, we are already using free versions of Jira software, Bitbucket and Confluence, when we created a free version of Jira Service Management project, the features were limited, we weren't able to add agents and so on. is it there any limit to use free versions of Atlassian products , for example, only 3 atlassian products are allowed for free ?Screenshot 2021-05-03 at 12.54.13 PM.pngScreenshot 2021-05-03 at 12.52.50 PM.png

Hello @Lavanya you should be able to use all free versions together just keep in mind that in the free version you can have only 3 JSM agents and your jira admins use a license so make sure you keep those to the minimum. You shouldn't need more than one for 10 users which is the maximum for the other products

@Hernan Halabi - Elite IT Consulting Group Thank you. The problem was that we already have 10 users, so in this case we are not able to use the free version of Jira Service Management. In the cloud-free plan, it is mentioned 10 users or 3 agents, thats were I was confused. For now we are trying to reduce the users to 7 and check if we can avail the free version of JSM. Will get back to on this.
