In the Jira Service Desk customer portal, is it possible for customers to "watch" pages for updates and receive an email notification when changes are made to a page?
We have a page that we update monthly with featured new releases and it would be great to let clients subscribe to updates made to that page.

I would have to ask is this user internal customer or external. I believe if it is internal you can have them set to watch the article as they are internal users to Confluence. I have not seen this with external customers. This is something you might be able to handle with an app add-on.
As far as out of box experience I am not sure that is something that can be achieved at the portal level.
