Basically, we are wanting to keep our tickets up to date by providing proactive updates every 3 business days.
Part 1: Can we build a JQL formatted to pull based on the last time and external comment was put on a ticket? Either from our customer or from us to our customer.
Part 2: Can we format the JQL to be based on business days instead total days?
Thanks!
Hello @Nic Snyder ,
If it's challenging to understand JQL queries, then a gadget that my team recently released should help you with this.
Text to JQL gadget allows you to create JQL query in Jira using simple natural language. The app is customizable and accepts requests of different complexity. Also, with it, you can create JQL queries by voice. The gadget is free.
I hope it will be useful for you.
I appreciate the heads up on the text to JQL app but is there an option to do what I am looking for above within this tool?
