Could a feedback form/CSAT be designed and shared with customers easily? This would be made available to our customers via an email link or QR code. I know I can set up a CSAT on a JSM project, but those go out after a ticket is completed; we want our customers to provide feedback anytime they want and IF they give us negative feedback, I would like Jira to automatically create a ticket based on that negative feedback that my team would then action....is this possible?
Would customers need a Jira license to submit this form?
Could the survey populate a dashboard similar to the dashboards created in PowerBI? If so, would this be exportable data into presentations or Excel?
Finally, could the dashboard have an action/resolution column?
