Can I see how much interaction my customer portal gets?

Is there a report for how many hits the pages get on my customer knowledge base gets so I can determine how effective it is?

Hi @Mark.Hunt-Bryden,

Yes. In your service desk project, navigate to Reports > Requests Deflected. This report has 2 metrics:

  • Requests deflected  tells you how many articles helped avoid the creation of a ticket
  • Article views from portal is what you are looking for, I believe.

In the details, you'll be able to see which articles have been viewed as well.
