I want the client to only view their requests and the request that they are requested participants on Request type level. Is there a way to remove the Created by anyone option in the customer portal? I check customer permission, but all our customers are internal customer they are part of our organization and they can see everyone requests.

Firstly we cannot remove that dropdown in customer portal. Is Organization is setup in the project and users are part of that org ?, in that case by functionality of Org everyone in that will be able to see each others requests.
If you don't want users see whole of org requests then ideally while creating a ticket they should select "Share With" option as "No one" so it makes sure that only the requestor and the whoever is added in request participant on the ticket can see it.
You can also default "Share With" option to default as "No one" by setting this option as highlighted in the Global Settings --> Products --> Jira Service Management --> Configuration.
**Note: doing this will affect at instance level(all projects in JSM)

I don't want to affect all Service management project with this settings. I would just like for a specific issue type the customer to not be able to see what others have reported.
I was thinking maybe issue security level could be helpful, but can't find something very helpful.
