Can I modify look and feel of the Request order form?

Instead of keeping a sequential order of fields in a request type form, can I create field boxes and put them side by side to save space on a order form?

@Devyani Rajan Not natively, but with Extension for Jira Service Desk's "Bundled Fields" you can do this.

For example, here's a shipping form I created for a client:shippingRequest-BundledFields.png

@Devyani Rajan - yes agree that it is not a native feature so you will need to look at the various apps that could assist.  You can do this by searching by Forms in the marketplace.  Another form option is ProForma which allows above + conditional logic.    Hope this helps but to be transparent, I am from ProForma.

I do like that Proforma allows for the editing of forms after submittal too, if desired (and if configured).
