Can I give permission to customer edit field value of his/her own request from portal

Suppose customer raise a ticket and after that they want change some of the field value of his own ticket. Currently it is not possible. is there anything changes required from admin side so that customer can get this option

By default, it is not possible. Please vote this ticket. But there is a paid add-on.
