I'd like to create multiple levels of options to get to the request type.
Can I create a group of request types within a group , instead of directly reaching the target "request types" after clicking the first layer of "Group" ??
@Devyani Rajan There's only one level of groups, natively, in Jira Service Desk. If you were on JSD Server or DC you could use Refined for JSD to make the portal look however you want.
