Can I change the font color on top of the Search field in the Customer Portal?

Hi,

We want to change the color of the font that is on top of the Search field in the Customer Portal, but we can't find a way to do it. I am attaching a picture to show exactly what we mean (the text we want to change its color is inside the red square).

Is this possible natively in JSD or de we need a Plug-in for that?

Hi,

Natively, you can't do a lot on this page. Changing color of this part is available on the Help Center (you have to click Customise on the header and change Banner text) but on the Customer portal - unfortunately is not applicable. Possibilities of customisation are very limited. Please check our app Theme Extension for Jira Service Desk. With this app you will receive a lot of options to customise your customer portal.

Thank you @Fahad Siddiqui that you mentioned our app Extension :) - but with this app we add new functionalities on the Request Form (such as Dynamic Forms, Bundled Fields) and Request Details View (presenting additional information). We don't make any visual modifications. For look and feel, we have an app Theme Extension which I mentioned below.
