Calculate the sum of assets in CMDB

We have license profiles that consist of several licenses, e.g., our profile is that of a frontline worker, and it contains 0365, viva, defender or similar.  Each of those licenses has a cost associated with it.

Is there a way to calculate this license profile's sum within CMDB?

So, after annoying the smartie pants over in support, it turns out this is entirely feasible!

You'll need to use floats or integers on the attributes :)

Unfortunately, Atlassian Assets doesn't automatically sum up related costs. You'll need to manually calculate the total cost by adding up the costs of each linked license.

Alternatively, if you're comfortable with scripting, you could use Atlassian’s API or scripting features to automate this calculation.
