CSV Insight Import with '

[Linda Milne_Togetha Group_]

I have linked object labels that have ' in them e.g. Bob's. How do I escape the ' in my csv file... is it even possible?

Have tried every combination of "", and other methods of having linked objects in a csv import file with an apostrophe (i.e.  '  ) in the label, and it appears that it cant be done.
