CSV Import - Missing "Link" Option in Jira

Hey Atlassian community,

I hope you're doing well. I recently encountered an issue while setting up the CSV import for Jira. Matheus was kind enough to guide me on formatting the CSV file correctly, but now I'm facing a related problem.

Specifically, when configuring the fields for issue import in Jira, I've noticed that the "Link" option is not available for the "A" instance, whereas it is present in the "B" instance. Do any of you know the reason behind this discrepancy? We're aiming to import the issues with the "Blocks by" link type, and it's crucial for us to link all the issues to a "parent" issue.

Both projects are JSM.

If anyone has insights or solutions on how to address this issue, please let me know. I've attached screenshots to provide more context.
