CLONED stories to another Project can't able to attach the forms through automation

Hi everyone, Appreciate to have a solution on this.

I have been working with 2 Projects or boards One is Recruitment based Business project and Other one is Services based HR Onboarding. 

I have written an automation rule that if a story from Recruitment board move from any state to ACCEPTED it'll Clone 2 Stories to second project. This is a global rule and assign stories to 2 different assignee's as well, 1: Manager Onboarding 2: IT new hire manager.

Issue is i have an automation on HR Onboarding board that if issue creates attach forms to respective stories, and this automation can't able to attach the forms on stories however Cloned stories comes up.

Error comes up is "CONFIG CHANGE"

@Isabelle Houghton what do you mean by uncover i think i am admin and have all the permission do you have any reference where i can see.
