¿Cómo se puede notificar solo al agente responsable de un incidencia del cierre de las subtarea?

Al momento de crear un ticket y agregar subtareas se requiere que al cierre de las subtareas independientemente de si tiene otros agentes responsables se le notifique solo al agente creador del ticket.

Nota: no se requiere notificación al crear las subtareas

Hola @Juan Portero

Lo podes hacer con jira automation.  Usa el trigger issue transitioned y despues la acción es "Send Email".  En el "to" podes seleccionar el "reporter".
